Women’s Leadership Forum for International Women’s Day

On March 8, 2026, the Church of God in White Plains hosted a Women’s Forum for International Women’s Day, celebrating how women have shaped history and achieved milestones in society. The panel featured accomplished leaders from Westchester County, including Justice Bianka Perez, Legislators Jewel Williams Johnson and Shanae Williams, Judge Fiordaliza Rodriguez, and Court Attorney Referee Jessica Brenes. The discussion highlighted their experiences and explored ways young women can build confidence and develop their potential in their communities.

Judge Fiordaliza Rodriguez reflected on the importance of engaging future female leaders, saying, “It has great impact, because not only do we have an opportunity to meet the youth of this organization, but we also have an opportunity to help shape them by talking to them, offering our services, mentoring them, and guiding them toward future careers.”

Women’s History and the Bible

The event also featured a presentation on women’s history and its connection to Bible prophecy. From past to present, women have shaped society, led communities, and inspired the world in innovative ways. This progress, however, is not mere coincidence—the rise of women in history reflects the testimony of God the Mother, the female image of God, as revealed in the Bible.
