Assemblyman Nader Sayegh joined the volunteers in the clean-up event. In his speech, he commended the ASEZ University student volunteers for their exemplary dedication to community service and taking care of our public spaces. He expressed, “Today is a very special day to me, having worked with ASEZ for many years and the Church of God, and I’ve witnessed the many efforts in many areas of need in our city and in our state, and how they address it. I just want to say keep up the great work and we appreciate it here from Yonkers, New York and from Pelton Park.” His words of encouragement inspired the students, reinforcing the value of their contributions to the community.
