The WMSCOG and Jesus

Q: Does the World Mission Society Church of God believe in Jesus?

A: Yes, the World Mission Society Church of God absolutely believes in and reveres Jesus. The Church actively puts Christ’s teachings into practice and follows in His footsteps, preaching to others about the way of salvation. We also believe that Jesus’ crucifixion was God’s sacrifice to give humankind the forgiveness of sins.

Without the atoning sacrifice and love of Jesus Christ, humanity would face eternal death and destruction. A world without Jesus means a world without hope.

Jesus came to Earth to give us the light of salvation and the promise of eternal life. The Church of God believes in and loves Jesus as well as shares His love and sacrifice with humanity. We embrace and cherish not only the name of Jesus but also His new name, as He foretold in Revelation 3:12.
