We’d Love to Hear From You!
Thank you for visiting our website and taking the time to learn more about our beliefs and volunteer work. The World Mission Society Church of God has two main locations in New York—in New Windsor and Long Island. We are more than glad to welcome you and your family!
The World Mission Society Church of God is the only Christian church that believes in God the Father and God the Mother. Faith in Elohim God—God the Father and God the Mother—is a fundamental teaching of the Bible. The Church of God also observes the seven feasts of God, following the example of Jesus and the saints of the Early Church. The New Covenant Passover is the first of the seven feasts, which is observed at the beginning of the sacred calendar year, and it is the feast through which Jesus Christ promised us His flesh and blood for the forgiveness of sins. Additionally, the Church of God keeps the seventh-day Sabbath, which is on Saturday, just as Jesus Christ taught.
The Church of God holds fast to the Word of God because God gives us endless blessings through Christ’s teachings. The Church of God offers one-on-one Bible studies, which are catered towards your own specific questions or interests whether you are interested in the prophecies about Second Coming Christ or the purpose of life. The Church of God also hosts an array of group studies and biblical seminars for the family to enjoy.
Whether you are interested in scheduling a one-on-one or group study, want to know our upcoming seminars or simply want to take a tour of one of our locations, feel free to send us a message!
Members of the World Mission Society Church of God carry out a variety of events throughout the year whether family-oriented events or volunteer activities.
Church of God members in the New York Metro Area are especially active in preserving the area around Jamaica Bay in Queens, NY. For more than eight years, volunteers have proactively worked to protect Jamaica Bay’s environment.
The Church of God is also involved with volunteering at fundraiser walks and giving aid after natural disasters. These activities take place not only in New York and along the East Coast but also around the world. Governments and organizations have presented the Church of God with numerous awards and accolades for work done serving the community. Each award—such as the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service Award in the United Kingdom, the President’s Volunteer Service Award in the United States and the Presidential Citation in South Korea—serve as encouragement to continue putting Christ’s teachings into practice.
If you are interested in volunteering with us, please send us a message and we’ll reach out with information about our upcoming volunteer projects!
Thanks, again, for visiting our website. We look forward to hearing from you!
